Project Manager (Real Estate)
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day construction activities of multiple projects.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, BOQ, SOPs and applicable codes.
- Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling and other relevant activities.
- Coordinate with site teams, contractors and resources to achieve project deadlines.
- Carry out all other necessary activities related to the assigned projects.
Project Engineer (Real Estate)
Responsibilities
- Assist Project Supervisor in executing day-to-day project activities.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, BOQ, SOPs and applicable codes.
- Maintain project planning, budgeting, scheduling and other relevant activities.
- Coordinate with contractors and resources to achieve project deadlines.
- Carry out all other necessary activities related to the assigned project.
